Every phone at your event, one single screen of light.

Your audience scans a QR code and every screen lights up together, synced to the millisecond. No wristbands, nothing to hand out, no app to install.

Free up to 100 people · Runs in the browser · Latecomers join already in sync

Why

Nothing to manufacture, hand out or throw away.

LED wristbands

A new object for every person

  • Every wristband is plastic and a battery that gets manufactured, packaged and shipped to the venue
  • They last one night and end up in the bin: they're electronic waste, not regular recycling
  • You buy them weeks ahead, guessing how many people will show up: the leftovers get thrown away anyway
  • Someone hands them out at the door and someone collects them after
  • For 4,000 people: between $8,000 and $20,000, and 4,000 batteries in the bin

Light It App

Zero waste, zero logistics

  • Nothing gets manufactured: it uses the screen of the phone everyone already brought
  • Nothing to package, ship, hand out or collect
  • You decide on the day itself, and it covers however many people actually turn up
  • The same show runs again as many times as you want, without buying anything else
  • For 4,000 people: $99, and nothing to throw away afterwards

We don't use the flash either: only the screen, which uses the least battery and doesn't hurt anyone's eyes.

How

How to put together a synced light show

  1. 1
    Build the show

Pick the colours, the length, and whether it follows a song or the room's beat. From the app or the web.

  2. 2
    Show the QR code

On the venue screen, at the door, or projected. People scan it with their camera and they're in.

  3. 3
    Light it all up

It starts at the time you set, or when you hit play. You can pause, black everything out and come back, live.

What's happening underneath

  • Sync runs off a server clock and corrects itself every 45 seconds.
  • Someone joining mid-show comes in at the exact moment, not from the start.
  • The show runs inside each phone: if the venue wifi drops, the lights keep going.
  • Live control from your phone: play, pause, blackout and stop.
  • Works in the browser, on Android and iPhone. The app is optional.

Pricing

You pay per event, once. There's no subscription.

Golden rule: if more phones connect than your plan covers, the show never cuts out. Nobody already at your event gets locked out.

Questions

What everyone asks before booking
